What is your Returns or Refund policy for books?
You can initiate a Return and refund request in case you receive a damaged, defective, wrong product or a product with a missing accessory.
The “Return & Refund request” must be raised within 7 days of delivery, in case you need to return and refund your product.
Digital products don’t fall under this policy and cannot be returned or refunded.
How do I raise a “Return or refund” request for my order items?
Once the order has been delivered, you can raise a return request from the “Orders” section under the main menu of the App/Website.
Why did my payment transaction fail?
This happens very rarely, it may be due to Incorrect account details. In case the issue still persists, please reach out to us at marketing.wudly@gmail.com with alternate details.
Do I have to return the whole order?
Not at all! You do not need to return the whole order. Just return the order item you don’t want.
When is the refund for my return provided?
Once the return request is generated, pickup will be done within 1-3 days. As soon as your return order is picked up, the refund will be initiated from our end and it will reflect in the source account within 3 to 5 working days from the time of refund initiation. Please note that this is the time taken by the respective banks or e-wallets to process your refund.

What should I do if I miss my return pickup?
We will try to attempt picking your order thrice; each attempt on a consecutive day. So if you have missed it please do not worry, we will try to attempt it again. If you have missed it three times then it will be closed by us. If you face any issues, kindly contact marketing.wudly@gmail.com
- Should I hand over items for which a return request has not been made to get a refund?
- Don’t hand over the products to a delivery agent for which the return request is not raised as the refund or replacement of these items will not be processed.
- I haven't received my refund yet.
- In the case of prepaid orders, the refund is processed instantly after the successful pickup.
- In the case of a COD order, the refund will be processed within 72 hours.
- The amount takes around 5-7 working days from the refund initiation date to reflect in the source account. We request you to wait patiently for this time. If still not received, kindly contact our team at marketing.wudly@gmail.com
